Remote Helpdesk Tech: Active Directory & Network

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company

An innovative IT services provider is seeking a customer-driven IT Helpdesk Support Technician for a remote position. You will be the first line of contact for clients, resolving a variety of technical issues efficiently. Key responsibilities include documenting ticket resolutions, troubleshooting hardware and networking devices, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires 2-3 years of IT helpdesk experience, relevant certifications, and expertise in Windows Active Directory and ticketing systems.
