Associate Dentist – Full‑time position at Aspen Dental. Job Details Job Type: Full‑time Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 per year Practice Ownership Program – opportunity to own your practice Responsibilities Lead a patient‑centric team and respect clinical judgment and leadership. Ensure excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism. Conduct comprehensive full‑mouth examinations and diagnose dental conditions. Develop treatment plans, discuss options with patients, and deliver high‑quality clinical treatments efficiently. Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to achieve financial objectives. Mentor and coach new dentists and other dental professionals. Stay current with advances in dentistry through continued education and professional development. Network with professional groups, dental associations, and societies to represent Aspen Dental‑branded practices in the community.
