Neurology Assistant Nurse Manager

Role Overview: This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining and purchasing equipment, and overseeing departmental operations within a rehabilitation unit. The role includes hiring, training, evaluating staff, and ensuring productivity aligns with departmental goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage staff performance, conduct performance reviews, and handle disciplinary actions. Develop and oversee staffing plans, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate patient care plans based on assessments, diagnoses, and treatments. Ensure documentation compliance and facilitate effective communication within the team. Support staff scheduling, overtime management, payroll reconciliation, and staff communication. Maintain equipment and oversee its proper use and procurement. Qualifications & Skills: RN license with a nursing diploma or associate's degree; bachelor's preferred. 2-5 years of experience; supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Additional Requirements: Experience in neurology is preferred.
