About The Role Planstin is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support a variety of short-term legal and compliance projects within the healthcare benefits administration. This is a contractor, fully remote role focused on drafting and reviewing legal documents, processing contracts, and organizing complex information with precision and care. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent writer, comfortable working independently, and experienced in healthcare related legal environments. This is a contract role that will last approximately 90 days with no guarantee of an extension or employment. This contract role is fully remote and will work up to 30 hours a week. What You’ll Do Draft, edit, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence Handle and process contracts, including tracking, organization, and documentation management. Assist with healthcare and compliance-related materials, including HIPAA-related documentation Create and maintain spreadsheets for contract tracking, legal data, and project management. Support internal legal and operation projects by maintaining accurate records and timelines Conduct basic legal research as needed Manage tasks and deadlines using Asana. Qualifications Paralegal Certification 5+ years of experience Drafting legal documents Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to create and manage spreadsheets Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Experience in Healthcare, either insurance or with providers Experience in legal research The Pay Range For This Role Is 25 - 35 USD per hour (US) #J-18808-Ljbffr
