What You'll Do As a bartender at Rococo Western, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Mixing and serving a variety of beverages with precision and creativity.
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
- Managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Sharing your knowledge of wine (a plus!) to enhance the guest experience.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of bartending experience .
- A punctual and reliable work ethic.
- A neat and professional appearance.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering great service.
- A driven mindset with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Wine knowledge is a bonus, but not required!
