Job Overview We are seeking a Technical SEO Specialist to optimize healthcare SaaS websites, landing pages, and digital health platforms for search engines and user experience. You will improve website performance, technical structure, indexing, and ranking signals to drive organic growth for healthcare organizations across the United States. You will work closely with developers, content teams, and marketing specialists to ensure every page is search-engine optimized and conversion-focused. Responsibilities Technical SEO Optimization Optimize website architecture, crawlability, and indexing. Improve site speed, Core Web Vitals, and performance metrics. Fix technical SEO issues including redirects and duplicate content. Implement schema markup for healthcare SaaS platforms. Optimize healthcare landing pages and service pages. Improve rankings for healthcare SaaS and digital health keywords. Conduct keyword research for US healthcare markets. Develop SEO strategies for clinics, hospitals, and medical organizations. Content & On-Page SEO Optimize meta titles, descriptions, and headings. Work with content teams to improve SEO structure. Ensure proper internal linking and topic clustering. Improve content relevance for healthcare search intent. Analytics & Reporting Track SEO performance using Google Analytics and Search Console. Monitor keyword rankings and organic traffic growth. Identify opportunities for SEO improvements. Provide regular SEO performance reports. Qualifications Required Bachelor's in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. Experience in technical SEO or organic growth roles. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Experience with website optimization and performance tuning. Understanding of HTML, CSS, and web architecture. Preferred Experience in US healthcare or healthcare SaaS SEO. Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant content practices.
