Business Analyst Healthcare Voice Agents

Position: Business Analyst (Healthcare Domain) Location: USA and India (Remote flexibility available) Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Healthcare Domain Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of healthcare processes, compliance, and IT systems to projects.
User Story Development: Write clear, detailed, and actionable user stories that drive successful delivery.
Multi-Project Coordination: Manage and prioritize requirements across multiple healthcare projects simultaneously.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Functional to Technical Translation: Convert business and functional requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, QA, and healthcare SMEs to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps, propose enhancements, and support process optimization in healthcare workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or related field.
Ideally experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare domain.
Skills working with Voice Agents and AI projects
Strong track record of coordinating multiple projects and managing competing priorities.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Demonstrated expertise in writing high-quality user stories and functional specifications.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

Experience with healthcare IT systems (EHR/EMR, claims processing, HL7, HIPAA compliance).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment within India.
Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.
