Assistant Director Of Rehab (COTA/PTA)
Broad River Rehab is seeking an Assistant Director of Rehab (COTA/PTA) to join our San Angelo, TX Continuing Care Rehab Community.
Salaried Role - $79,000 - $84,000 - Full-Time, 30-40 Hours Per Week *Offers based on experience and qualifying interview.
Prior Management experience preferred.
As the Assistant Director of Rehabilitation, you will collaborate with the Director to help oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a Continuing Care Rehab setting. You will co-manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents' lives.
Qualifications:
- Current state licensure as a (COTA or PTA)
- Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant
- Long Term Care Management experience is preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
