Manufacturing Technician

Description: Join a high-output American manufacturer producing 40,000 units per week on a modern, robotics-driven plant floor. In this role, you're not stuck in an office - you're on the line, solving real problems, keeping equipment running, and making a direct impact on production every single day.

We currently have two openings on our 2nd shift team and are looking for hands-on technicians who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, take pride in keeping equipment running, and bring a strong troubleshooting mindset to everything they do.

Responsibilities/skills:
1. Welding & fabrication environment
2. Focus on PLCs and robotics support
3. High-speed manufacturing environment
4. 12-15 second cycle times

Qualifications:
1. Experience with PLC troubleshooting and/or robotics troubleshooting
2. Experience with: Fanuc robotics and Allen-Bradley PLCs (strongly preferred)
3. Manufacturing lineside support experience preferred
4. Strong troubleshooting ability and willingness to learn quickly
5. Positive attitude with the ability to build strong relationships with operators

Experience Level:
1. Targeting candidates with 2-3+ years of experience
2. Flexible on years of experience if the candidate demonstrates: Strong troubleshooting skills, Drive and initiative, and Fast learning ability
