ATTORNEY: Fiduciary Litigation We seek an attorney focused on fiduciary litigation matters (probate, trust, equity, will contests, undue influence). Primary duties include conducting discovery, preparing pleadings (complaints, petitions, motions), and court appearances (motion practice, trial preparation and presentation). The ideal candidate will pro-actively manage their case calendar, their deliverables, and overall case progression. ADMINISTRATOR: Bookkeeper/Accountant (remote position) We seek a bookkeeper/accountant whose primary responsibility will be to prepare and maintain probate accountings (both estate/conservatorship-style (Schedules A, B, and C), and trust-style (Schedules A, B, C, D, E, and F)). The ideal candidate will also prepare Probate Court pleadings relative to Inventories, Accounts, Petition for Allowance of Accounts, and other related pleadings.
