As a Project - Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the project, you will:Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements and provide technical guidance on Salesforce best practices.Lead teams while continuing to be hands-on.Create and maintain system documentation, including solution design, technical specifications, and test plans.Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs related to Salesforce applications and integrations.Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities, and evaluate their applicability to our organization’s needs.Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.The successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to othersThe Team practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes - is designed for impact. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.4+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.) and security protocols (OAuth, SAML)Experience leading teamsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Ability to work EST hours starting at 8am EST each work day.Ability to travel 20- %, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Preferred: Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.Salesforce certified (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect) strongly preferred.
