Opportunity at our Corporate Health Center in Kansas City, MO 64114.
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
Work Schedule:
- 7:00am - 3:30pm (Monday - Friday)
Contract Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: 9/21/26 (possible extension)
Responsibilities:
- MA responsibilities to include: rooming patients, medication/allergy review, potential EKG's and phlebotomy services.
- Assists in examination and treatment of patients
- Assist with certain administrative tasks and provide assistance at the front desk
- Performs phlebotomy and prepares specimens for lab pickup.
Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant with prior primary care, occupational health or emergency/acute care experience a plus.
- Phlebotomy skills required
- Current hands on training in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for health care providers is required.
- Knowledge and experience with EPIC - Electronic Medical Records preferred.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations preferred
