Electrical Quality Control Supervisor

Faith Technologies is seeking an Electrical Quality Control Supervisor to lead quality assurance on complex construction projects. In this role, you will develop and implement QC plans, perform inspections and testing of electrical installations, verify compliance with NEC, NFPA, and project specifications, and document all results. You will mentor electricians and apprentices on quality and safety best practices, collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve field issues, and lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions. This position supports a safety-first, team-focused culture with clear paths to leadership and technical advancement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific electrical quality control plans and procedures.
• Perform inspections and tests of electrical installations to verify code and specification compliance.
• Document inspection results, nonconformances, and corrective actions in required QC records.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and foremen to resolve quality issues in the field.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring defects.
• Train and mentor electricians and apprentices in quality standards, testing methods, and safety practices.
• Verify materials and equipment meet project and manufacturer requirements before installation.
• Support safety initiatives and ensure adherence to NEC, NFPA, and company safety policies.
• Participate in punch list walks, commissioning, and turnover documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, inspectors, and third-party testers during audits and inspections.
