Summary

'Cabinet Installer' is a vital role at Creative Storage, responsible for installing custom cabinets with precision and professionalism. The installer is the last person to leave an impression on our clients which is key to getting referrals for future projects.
Responsibilities

'  Read and interpret schematics to accurately install cabinets.

• Organize materials for an efficient installation and precise fit.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to complete installations on time.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on-site.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and adapt as needed.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards.
• Keep company provided truck clean and organized.
• Monitor fluids of company truck

'  Proven experience in cabinet installation or related carpentry work.

• Strong knowledge of schematic interpretation.
• Must own the appropriate tools to complete jobs in a professional manner
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to lift heavy materials safely. and efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Prior experience working with custom cabinetry is required.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be comfortable solving problems on the job.

Specifics

• The hourly pay stated is a combination of $22 /hr min plus commissions which bring the average hourly wage up to $27/hr.
• Health insurance is co-paid by the employer and employee. A reasonable dental insurance plan is offered but not paid for by the company.

Commissions are earned for each job completed and are additional to the posted hourly wage.
