ED physician‑aligned base rate : Higher base hourly compensation commensurate with Emergency Department physicians Substantial shift differentials : Additional compensation for weekend and weeknight coverage Flexible practice model: Position may include virtual telepsychiatry coverage, with additional hourly incentive for in‑person emergency department coverage Why Roanoke?
