Position Summary Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) is a hybrid role intended as a key pipeline for future career growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care. The SST serves customers by assessing needs, recommending products/services, performing entry‑level vehicle services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of services. This role requires flexibility between front‑ and back‑shop tasks. Pay Range: $16.00 – $23.90. Sign‑on bonus of $1,000.
