Work Environment

You will work onsite at our Rehabilitation Center, which is equipped with the latest technology and resources necessary for effective physical therapy practice. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and determine appropriate treatment plans based on physician directives.
• Set measurable goals for patient recovery and develop individualized treatment programs that incorporate therapeutic exercises and modalities tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes clearly and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facilitating communication within the healthcare team.
• Supervise and support Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and other rehabilitation staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists to design and implement comprehensive rehabilitation plans.
• Engage in ongoing assessment of treatment efficacy and adjust plans as necessary to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and facilitate necessary administrative tasks related to patient care and billing.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous education to contribute to a culture of shared learning and professional growth.
