15+ years of IT experience and 8+ years of Scrum master experience
Strong knowledge in SAFe framework
Strong knowledge in agile tools like Rally, JIRA etc
Manage project scope and timeline. Coaching team members in Agile framework
Co-ordinate different agile ceremonies and multiple cross functional teams
Resolve conflicts and enable on time delivery with quality
Excellent communication and team player
Domain knowledge in banking and risk management is a plus
Scrum master certification is a plus
