Retail Part Time Team Leader

Part‑time Team Leader – LEGO® Brand Retail Westfield Galleria, Roseville, CA As a part‑time Team Leader, you will serve as a role model and provide a brand experience for our customers. You will train and develop the team to exceed our standards of customer service, product knowledge, and sales. Key Responsibilities Enhance profitable sales by reviewing sales and margin information regularly. Ensure effective space management and store graphics (including pricing) are maintained. Keep all fixtures replenished and manage inventory. Evaluate and communicate competitor visual merchandising techniques. Train sales associates on visual merchandising according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines. Empower and develop a high‑performance team by sharing LEGO® Brand vision and values. Qualifications Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment. Experience delivering employee training. Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing skills. Proficiency with point‑of‑sale automated systems. Knowledge of merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising. Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, lift up to 30 lbs., and perform tasks for at least two consecutive hours. Availability to work up to 30 hours per week, covering the full week and weekend with a minimum of four days. Compensation Hourly wage range: $23.50 to $24.90 per hour.
