The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on design across high profile properties, collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver cohesive campaigns that reinforce brand equity across multiple channels. Responsibilities Create and maintain visual identities for Prime Video's live sports properties Develop brand guidelines and design systems ensuring consistency across marketing touchpoints Execute hands-on design from concept to final assets, including key art, digital ads, partnerships, and promotions Utilize AI tools to improve workflows, boost efficiency, and scale production Establish templates and processes to increase efficiency and reduce complexity across projects Engineer scalable design solutions across formats, platforms, and placements Document learnings and best practices to benefit the broader team React quickly to real-time sports developments such as injuries, trades, or breaking news Balance planned campaigns with time-sensitive creative needs Present concepts and design rationale to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, and production teams on cohesive campaigns Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to scale production Stay current with design trends, sports marketing practices, and emerging technologies Mentor junior designers and art directors Manage multiple projects concurrently to meet tight deadlines Requirements Bachelor's degree 7+ years of professional experience in art direction, graphic design, or related field 5+ years designing for digital platforms including display advertising, paid media, and web Portfolio showing 5+ projects with strong digital platform focus and 3+ brand/visual identity examples demonstrating scalable design systems and production-ready specifications Experience using AI tools in creative workflows and articulating practical applications in design and marketing Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Functional knowledge of Figma and Microsoft 365 Experience presenting creative to C-level executives and cross-functional teams Technologies Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Figma Microsoft 365 After Effects Preferred Qualifications Experience in sports marketing, entertainment marketing, or streaming media Experience with paid digital advertising across multiple platforms Knowledge of and passion for sports and sports culture Experience managing reactive, time-sensitive creative work for real-time events Ability to execute simple motion graphics with hands-on experience in After Effects or similar tools Experience mentoring junior creative talent Understanding of performance marketing and data-driven creative optimization Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices History of workflow improvements or process optimizations #J-18808-Ljbffr
