Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Pahokee Health & Rehab is looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team! Our goal is to provide high-quality care while helping our residents maintain their independence, improve their quality of life, and reach their highest level of function. Position: Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Location: Pahokee, FL Facility: Pahokee Health & Rehab Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time What You Will Do: Provide occupational therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Assist residents with activities designed to improve strength, mobility, coordination, and independence. Develop positive relationships with residents and their families. Document treatments and resident progress accurately and timely. Work closely with nursing, therapy, and other departments as part of the interdisciplinary team. Follow all facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Help create a positive and supportive environment for our residents. What We Are Looking For: Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of Florida. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
