Role & responsibilities Ensure timely communication with both parties throughout the recruitment process. Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and potential candidates. Conduct initial screenings of applicants to determine their suitability for the role. Review resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for open positions. Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases. Preferred candidate profile 0-1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (Talent Acquisition). Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes and industry trends. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients/hiring managers. Proficiency in using ATS systems like Naukri.com or similar tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
