In this fully remote role based in Malaysia, you will focus exclusively on sourcing exceptional talent to meet our organizational needs. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates. Utilize diverse channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to identify potential candidates. Screen resumes to assess candidate suitability and cultural alignment. Coordinate and organize interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders. Collaborate closely with team members to enhance sourcing processes and practices. Market Research Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing. Leverage cutting-edge technology tools for recruitment and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms to attract top talent. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Flourishes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and thrives on adapting to change. Able to work with minimal supervision. Proactive in pro Good to Have Good understanding of the technology industry with proven results. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR software. Understanding of Singapore's labour laws.
