Manufacturing Recruiter - High-Volume Hiring & Onboarding

Defense Mechanics Inc is looking for a recruiter responsible for high-volume recruiting for on-site plant positions. You will manage the recruitment process from requisition to offer status, including advertising, networking, and screening candidates. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting within a production environment and holds an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
