Due to continued growth, Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an experienced 360 senior recruitment consultant that would like to move into leadership to join our Scottsdale office. You’ll specialise in the fast-growing and highly in-demand Data & AI market, where average fees are significantly higher than in other tech sectors. You’ll take full ownership of your desk, build a thriving client base, and establish yourself as a recognised specialist in a high-value niche. You will also be able to grow a small team and progress quickly to management. Technology recruitment isn’t essential as you will have full training and support on market knowledge. Working with us you will be responsible for: Managing your own desk – leveraging your sales and negotiation expertise to win new business, while developing and maintaining lasting client relationships. Responsible for the full 360 recruitment process, advertising your vacancies, sourcing suitable candidates, and managing the interview and offer process. Establishing yourself as an expert within the Data & AI space, becoming a go-to partner for both clients and candidates. Building and leading a small team of junior consultants. Skills and experience we are looking for from you: Minimum 4 years of experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (ideally in Technology but open to background) carrying out business development calls in order to win new business Proven billing history within a recruitment business. Drive and enthusiasm to be successful, plus a desire to learn a new industry! Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Who are we?
