About The Role We are a patient-centered dental practice looking for an experienced and motivated front office professional to join our close-knit team. What You'll Do Greet and check in patients with a warm, welcoming attitude Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation Handle insurance verification, billing, and collections Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area What We're Looking For 3+ years of dental front office or receptionist experience Strong knowledge of dental scheduling software and insurance processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail A positive, team-first attitude with a genuine passion for patient care Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday Compensation & Benefits Salary: $35,000 - $43,000 per year, based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Supportive mentorship and ongoing professional development A collaborative, team-oriented workplace culture Join a practice that values its team as much as its patients.
