What You'll Do:

• Administer employee benefit programs, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Pharmacy, Section 125, Qualified Life Events, and financial and retirement plans.
• Support annual open enrollment activities, including system readiness, communications, vendor coordination, and issue resolution.
• Manage day-to-day benefits operations, including enrollment changes, leave-of-absence updates, beneficiary changes, file feeds, reporting, and vendor invoice audits.
• Partner with benefits vendors, brokers, consultants, and internal teams to resolve employee inquiries and ensure timely, accurate service.
• Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, special projects, and benefits initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency and the employee experience.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of Human Resources experience.
• 5+ years of experience in an HR Benefits Administrator capacity.

What Sets You Apart:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Good knowledge of Health & Welfare and Section 125 plans.
• Familiar with benefits compliance and related regulations.
• Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office, Oracle, and preferably bswift.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with solid analytical and time management abilities.
• Typing/Keyboarding.
• Critical Thinking/Organization.
