Your Role & Responsibilities: Organization and maintenance of the facility’s medical records. Complete documentation collection of medical records request. Prioritize audits activities that focus on high-risk, high-volume, or problem-prone areas as identified in the facility assessment that reflects the specific units, programs, departments and unique population the facility serves. Complete daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly audits per facility protocol. Complete MDS assessments and care plans for assigned residents. Ensure accurate and timely completion of MDS, RAPs, and triggers according to regulatory guidelines. Monitor completion of MDS documentation by interdisciplinary team members within required timeframes. Qualifications: Active KY Nurse License Knowledge of MDS, Care Plan Process, PPS, and RUGs preferred 2-4 years of recordkeeping experience in long-term healthcare preferred.
