What You Will Do: Keep projects moving: Coordinate project intake activities and maintain accurate project records from start to finish. Own the details: Organize and manage customer, project, and contract documentation within designated business systems. Be the connection point: Partner with customers and internal teams to gather information, provide updates, and support successful project execution. Support project success: Assist with contract administration, invoicing, reporting, and other project support activities. Drive continuous improvement: Maintain accurate project data while identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. Stay organized and adaptable: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Leverage technology effectively: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other business systems. Communicate with confidence: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Solve problems with precision: Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills to identify issues and support effective solutions. Bring relevant experience: Experience in project coordination, customer service, administrative support, or a related field preferred. Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
