- Manage the closeout process, including punch list tracking, warranty documentation, and final turnover.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management or project engineering, preferably in multifamily or commercial sectors.
- Proven track record managing field documentation, schedules, and subcontractor relationships.
- Strong technical background with deep familiarity in construction drawings, detailing, and coordination.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead meetings, interface with city officials, and drive field execution.
- Comfortable working on active construction sites and conducting regular site walks.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- OSHA 30-Hour Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
