This is a production heavy sales role. You will be expected to hunt, close, and produce results. If you are looking for a place to 'clock in and scroll', this isn't it. But if you have the grit to build a book of business, you will be compensated directly for your output. We don't just pay you for your time; we pay for your results. Who You Are (The Expectations):
We can teach you the policy nuances, but we can't teach "heart". We are looking for:
