Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for patients referred by physicians, determining their individual therapy needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment programs tailored to the unique needs and recovery goals of each patient.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions across different specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and providing ongoing support and education to patients and their caregivers.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatment, progress notes, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Foster an environment of excellent customer service, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the clinic and enhancing patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes through shared knowledge and evidence-based care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Theradynamics, you will engage with a diverse population of patients, each with unique challenges and rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with patients and their families.
• Proficient word processing and computer skills for documentation and patient management.
• A commitment to building rapport and establishing strong relationships with patients to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to connecting with patients and their communities.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a clinical physical therapy setting, especially within rehabilitation facilities.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, you will receive:
