Position Overview: Atrium is seeking a high performing,sales drivenFinance & Accounting Recruiter to manage a full 360 desk , including recruiting, account management, and new business development. This role sits within a growingFinance & Accountingdivision with a strong client base and significant upside for individuals who consistently perform. This is a production focused,quota carryingrole where success is driven by business development, candidate recruitment, and relationship management. The Recruiter will actively grow a target list of new prospects, regularly interview industry professionals, match talent todirect hireopportunities, and deliver against sales goals while servicing and expanding existing accounts. Responsibilities As aFinance & Accounting Recruiter, you will own andoperatea full desk, contributing directly to revenue growth and client success.
