Responsibilities Ensurethepreconstructionprocessisfollowedaccurately.Reviewqualityofworkatallphases. Jobdocumentcreation:Writeprojectsummaries,proposals,andscopesofwork.Createstartpackages,PCAandcontracts.UpdateandmaintainCES. Financial:Appropriatelyestimatejobcoststoavoidmajorslippageinthefield.Recognizeoveragesandfollowprocesstobackchargetradepartnersappropriately.PO&VPOcreationandreconciliation.Reconcilingandmanagingfinancialreports.Drawandchangeorderinvoicetoclients.Paymentcollectionandfollowup.Allowancereconciliation.Collectestimatesfromvendorsandtradepartners. Schedule&conductfeasibilitystudies,bothinternalandwithclients.Scheduleandconducttradewalksandotherjobsitemeetingspriortoconstructionstart.Completeclosedjobreviews. Providesupporttodesigners&PMsduringappropriatephases. Workwithinternalpartnersandvendorstocreatesiteplansandstructurals. Actasaproblemsolverforpreconstructionprocessbydestroyingbottlenecks,inaccordancewithcorevalues. Cultureinfusionwithalltradepartners.Supportrecruitmentandonboardingofnewtradepartners. Maintainregularcommunicationwithclientthroughoutentireproject.Attendjobsitevisitstokeepapulseontheprojectandstaycommittedtotheclientexperience. Communicatewithrenovationteamonallitemsrelatedtotheproject.Serveasanactivememberofthescrumteamandprojectteam.Beanactivememberoftheprojectdevelopmentteam. Accuratehourloggingforjob-relatedtimeisbeingkeptdaily.
