What you will do

• Replace or repair defective parts: brakes, axles, suspension systems.
• Document all work performed with accuracy.
• Work with teammates to streamline repair workflows.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and internal guidelines.
• Communicate repair status and recommendations to clients.

What you need to succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in automotive/diesel mechanics preferred.
• Demonstrated experience servicing semi-trailers or heavy-duty vehicles.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Comfort reading technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and team mindset.
• Valid driver’s license; clean driving record.
