Food And Beverage Supervisor

We have built a culture around the notion of providing memorable experiences through warm and attentive service. We are currently looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. A successful candidate in this role will be self-motivated and will maintain the positive, professional, and friendly work environment that we take pride in having here at The Santaluz Club. This position works closely with the Golfer's Grill Manager to supervise employees on daily operational duties. Please note this employer uses E-Verify in their onboarding process. Schedule: Full-Time; Weekend Availability Required Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Make sure all employees follow all service standards and established club policies. Help to establish and maintain a proper flow of the restaurant. Assist in overseeing cleanliness of the Grill. Assist in keeping stock and communicating to management any supply/equipment needs. Provide constant floor supervision, especially during peak hours. Act as a liaison between management and employees. Monitor email, voicemails, and reservations to ensure prompts responses. Assist in keeping workplace morale high with encouraging leadership Communicate with management any issues with guests or repair/maintenance needs Assist in ensuring that company standards are being followed and providing daily updates to management.
