About the Role:

As a Store Manager, you will represent 7 Leaves in cultivating an incredible customer experience. We pride ourselves in creating consistent and high quality products and a warm and inviting ambiance. Store Managers ensure that their team provides extraordinary service to all customers, prepares consistent, quality beverages, and fosters a clean and welcoming store environment. This is a future role for 2027 store opening. Training to be fulfilled at Central Training site to be determined.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create an enjoyable and welcoming experience for every customer that walks through our door through their management of store's operations, staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality, financial performance and team development and increase profitability through staffing, operations, etc.
• Regularly review the store environment and key business indicators to identify obstacles, concerns, and opportunities for improvements; action plans are created to drive success for these challenges
• Nurture and coach team members for personal and professional growth as individuals, and in a team environment (setting and monitoring team members' personal goals, holding team members accountable, maintain a "customer comes first" attitude)
• Provide team members with training and guidance to maintain the standards of 7 Leaves Cafe
• Drive sales, increase efficiency, and provide problem solving skills to maintain store operations operations (customer satisfaction, product quality, safety, security, compliance, etc.)
• Inspire and encourage a team of dedicated and goal driven individuals to create a positive impact in their community
• Collaborates with District Managers to make the most effective decisions and achieve results that grow our business and customer base
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Have at least 1 year of customer service management or retail management experience
• Must be able to work at any location in assigned district or county
• Have an excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Have strong leadership skills and able to use it to coach and develop team members
• Have a strong team well-being and sales focused mindset
• Eager to learn and build on constructive feedback
• Able to manage store operations independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Able to manage multiple situations simultaneously and ensure that established service levels are achieved at all times
• Possess the ability to deliver constructive feedback, and guide conflict resolution
• Able to develop and grow future leaders for the organization
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and walking
• Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs
