$20.00 hourly - Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of a self-storage facility

Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and prospective customers

Handle leasing, rentals, collections, and account management

Maintain compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations

Ensure the property is clean, secure, and well-maintained

Perform light maintenance and operational tasks as needed

Support a team-oriented, performance-driven environment

Qualifications

Preferred:

1+ year of property management, retail, or customer service experience

Strong communication and time management skills

Ability to multitask and work independently

Basic computer skills (email, systems, reporting tools)

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License

Reliable transportation

Ability to work flexible hours

Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

Perform general maintenance tasks

Lift and move up to 40 lbs
