$10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!
A well-established senior living community in Shelbyville, Kentucky is seeking an energetic and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join its in-house therapy team .
This is an outstanding opportunity for a Physical Therapist who enjoys helping seniors regain strength, improve mobility, and maximize their independence while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Position Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services focused on strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Promote the highest level of resident-centered care
Qualifications
- Active Kentucky Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Passion for working with the senior population
- Positive, collaborative, and patient-focused approach
- Long-term care or senior living experience preferred, but not required
