Training Manager

What Goes Around Comes Around (WGACA) is seeking a Manager, Training & Enablement to help shape the future of our customer experience and client development strategy.

As we continue expanding our digital capabilities, CRM, clienteling initiatives, and customer engagement programs, this role will be instrumental in translating business strategy into consistent training, selling behaviors, and meaningful adoption across our organization.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on training professional who is passionate about developing people, building scalable learning programs, and creating exceptional customer experiences across Retail, Ecommerce, Live Selling, and Client Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Enablement: Translate client development initiatives into actionable training programs that drive adoption, consistency, and long-term customer relationships.
• Training Development & Delivery: Design and facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training programs supporting digital clienteling tools, selling systems, and customer engagement practices.
• Content & Resource Creation: Develop PowerPoint presentations, training decks, playbooks, observation sheets, coaching guides, and other learning resources.
• Management Development: Build coaching programs and reinforcement tools that equip leaders to develop teams, strengthen selling behaviors, and drive accountability.
• Cross-Channel Adoption: Partner with channel leadership to support consistent execution of Client Development initiatives across Retail, Ecommerce, Live Selling, and Client Care.
• Selling Systems & Standards: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and standardize customer engagement practices, selling systems, and training resources.
• Training Effectiveness: Implement training surveys, knowledge assessments, and feedback processes to measure effectiveness, refine programs, and improve the end-user experience.
• Continuous Improvement & Growth: Monitor training adoption and performance, maintain a centralized learning resource hub, and support future training expansion to Wholesale partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in training and development, sales enablement, retail training, or a related field.
• Experience in luxury retail, premium customer experiences, or relationship-driven selling preferred.
• Proven ability to build training programs, learning materials, and development resources from the ground up.
• Strong PowerPoint, instructional design, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience coaching managers and driving adoption of new tools, processes, and selling behaviors.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, digital clienteling platforms, Salesforce, or similar technologies preferred.
• Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to interpret training feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Domestic Travel for in-person training and development(50%)
