Hire Priority Staffing is seeking an experienced Bilingual Leasing Agent for a multifamily apartment community in Houston, TX 77081 . This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused leasing professional who thrives in a fast-paced office, delivers strong service, and is confident supporting daily leasing activity in a high-volume environment.

We are looking for someone who is bubbly, eager, proactive, and strong in customer service . This role is ideal for a bilingual candidate with leasing experience who can handle phones, tours, walk-in traffic, and follow-up in a busy leasing office serving a large community . The community offers 1- and 2-bedroom apartment homes , multiple tour options , six pools , and a location in the Gulfton / West Houston area near I-69, Westpark Tollway, and Westheimer .

Job Details:

• Position: Temp-to-hire
• Location: Houston, TX 77081
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
• Weekend Availability Required: The community is open 7 days a week , with current posted tour hours including Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM and Sunday 1 PM to 5 PM .
• Compensation: $18-$20 per hour once hired + commission
• Commission Potential: Strong upside in a large, high-traffic leasing environment

Responsibilities:

• Tour prospective residents through apartment homes and community amenities
• Answer phones, respond to leasing inquiries, and assist walk-in prospects professionally
• Follow up with leads and help move prospects through the leasing process
• Highlight apartment features, amenities, and neighborhood benefits to generate leasing interest
• Prepare, process, and execute lease agreements
• Provide excellent customer service to both prospective and current residents
• Maintain accurate traffic, lead, and leasing records
• Help support occupancy goals by building rapport and presenting the value of the community
• Step in with urgency and initiative in a busy leasing office environment

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred/required
• Previous multifamily leasing experience preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills required
• Must be bubbly, eager, proactive, and dependable
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume leasing office
• Weekend availability required
• Knowledge of and ability to comply with Fair Housing laws required
• Must be able to multitask and support daily leasing office operations
• Must be able to provide valid identification, proof of authorization to work in the United States, and complete the application and interview process
