Field Access Manager Orlando/Tampa

Carepoint Pharmacy is a private equity-backed, digital-first specialty pharmacy headquartered in Schaumburg, Illinois. We specialize in dermatology, women's health, allergy and immunology, and eye care, providing home delivery to patients across all 50 states through our national digital pharmacy model. Location: Remote - Location is broadly defined as Southwest Florida, Central Florida, North and Florida Panhandle. This territory does not include Southeast Florida: Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, and Saint Lucie Counties), Specialty Pharmacy (Multiple Therapeutic Areas) Territory assignments are established based on current business needs and may be modified, expanded, or realigned in the future at the company's discretion to align with organizational priorities, market opportunities, and business growth. This position is one of multiple Florida-based field sales roles; each assigned a distinct geographic territory. Job Summary: Join our field-based team supporting Carepoint's specialty pharma partnerships, where you'll drive patient centered impact while expanding access to specialty pharmacy care. In this role, you'll build trusted relationships with physician practices, deliver meaningful education, and achieve strategic sales goals that strengthen the patient experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Achieve sales objectives within the assigned geographic territory through strategic account management, territory planning, and business development initiatives. Analyze prescribing trends, market dynamics, and account-level data to identify opportunities, inform territory strategy, and drive growth. Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare providers and office staff through high-quality educational interactions that support optimal patient outcomes. Execute customer engagement activities that meet or exceed established productivity, reach, and frequency expectations. Develop and implement territory and account plans, maintain accurate customer records, and document activities in Salesforce CRM. Manage sales activities in compliance with company policies while maintaining timely, accurate, and complete administrative records and reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support business objectives and enhance the customer experience. Represent Carepoint professionally at internal meetings, training programs, industry conferences, and customer events. Travel throughout the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel, as required to effectively support customer and business needs. Territory assignments and coverage responsibilities are based on current business needs and may be modified, expanded, reduced, or reassigned at the Company's discretion. Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of outside sales experience; healthcare sales preferred. Strong proficiency in Excel, comfort using CRM platforms, and ability to make data-driven decisions. Documented track record of successful sales performance. Must reside within the assigned Florida territory or a mutually agreed-upon location that enables effective territory coverage. Territory assignments are subject to change based on business needs. Ability to manage a large territory and operate independently. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Knowledge of specialty pharmacy services.
