Full-Time Custodian - Meriden, CT

We're looking for a dependable, experienced Custodian to join our team!

If you take pride in keeping a facility clean, safe, and well-maintained, we'd love to hear from you. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with a consistent daytime schedule and an opportunity to increase your pay once you've demonstrated that you're capable, reliable, and responsible.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-4:30 PM

Pay: Starting at $17-19/hr, based on experience

Location: Meriden, CT

What You'll Do

Clean and maintain the building, both inside and outside
Keep exterior grounds clean and free of debris
Empty and manage trash
Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
Operate floor scrubbers
Wax and maintain floors
Help keep the facility clean, safe, and presentable

What We're Looking For

Previous custodial experience is preferred
Experience operating floor scrubbers
Experience with floor waxing and floor care
Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
Safety-toe boots or shoes are required
