Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to help maintain accurate purchasing records. This position focuses on reviewing, matching, and organizing purchasing documents to ensure packing slips and invoices are complete, accurate, and properly recorded. This is an administrative position centered on document verification and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Match invoices to corresponding packing slips and verify accuracy
- Assist with basic auditing and reconciliation of documents
- Perform data entry
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with paperwork and electronic records
- Basic computer skills
- Organized and dependable
- Experience in administrative, clerical, warehouse office, or records management is helpful but not required
Schedule
- Monday-Friday 8-3
