Sales Representative

Key Code Media, Inc is looking for a dynamic Sales Rep to join our Chicago team. We are the leading resource for organizations looking to improve their production and usage of video solutions. From high-end broadcast studios and post-production suites to corporate AV and collaborative workspaces, we design and deliver the technology that powers modern media. Summary We’re looking for an individual who thrives on selling technology solutions and services. A successful candidate understands how to quickly understand a client’s state, can articulate and present compelling change propositions while differentiating yourself. As part of the Key Code Media sales team, you’ll be responsible for identifying, developing a sales pipeline, and closing business opportunities. Our most successful sales representatives are driven professionals who are excited about helping clients build better video and audio workflows. We are looking for someone who is based in the Chicago area. Responsibilities Cultivate new business opportunities through strategic outreach. Manage key client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Develop sales strategies aligned with company goals. Monitor market trends and competitor activity. Prepare reports on sales performance and forecasts. Represent Key Code Media at industry events and conferences. Conduct regular customer meetings to understand needs, present solutions, and drive engagement Accurately manage and forecast pipeline activity using the company CRM and participate in weekly and monthly forecast reviews with management Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, vendors, and key stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience 7+ years of sales experience, including 3-5 years within the media and entertainment industry Demonstrated expertise in solution-based selling and ROI-driven value articulation Strong presentation, communication, and time management skills Proficiency with CRM, ERP, and quoting tools; experience managing territories within a CRM platform Proven ability to develop business plans, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment High level of integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude Strong problem-solving skills with a results-driven, \"hunter\" sales mindset Desired Skills and Experience An intense drive to help clients improve their business' with technology An understanding of solution-based selling strategies Ability to impact clients on benefits of upgrading technology Experience with economic justification models (i.e. ROI models and executive summaries) Strong presentation skills - experience presenting to customers and small audiencesAbility to manage territory business via a CRM Create and implement a territory business plan Strong communication and time management skills, with experience using a CRM Ability to work independently and in teams Must be able to prioritize and multitask Individual must exhibit a positive, 'can-do' attitude Strong problem solving abilities A high degree of honesty, integrity, and sound judgment #J-18808-Ljbffr Key Code Media
