HR Generalist

Location: Phoenix, AZ Employment Type: Full-Time Responsibilities Partner with business leaders across assigned regions to identify workforce needs and support strategic hiring plans, including candidate evaluation and interview process management Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and pre-employment processes (background checks, documentation) Serve as a primary point of contact for staffing agencies, driving performance management, vendor alignment, and continuous improvement of recruiting outcomes Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance, consistency, and positive employee experience, including new hire orientation and exit interviews with actionable insights Review and audit employee timekeeping records to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations, escalating discrepancies as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Safety, Operations) to implement and reinforce workplace safety programs and compliance initiatives Support benefits administration, including employee enrollment guidance and issue resolution in coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders Act as an HR advisor by responding to employee and manager inquiries on HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring consistent interpretation and application Contribute to HR process improvements and regional HR initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement Perform other duties as assigned in support of HR and business objectives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 1:3 Years of work experience in Human Resources preferred. Demonstrated understanding of employment laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Fluency in Korean is required.
