Systems Specialist

Serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day system administration, the full-time remote Systems Specialist will ensure the integrity of project data, liaise with internal teams, and support financial operations while working EST hours. Key responsibilities Administer the Kantata system for assigned accounts, maintaining accurate project-related data Collaborate with Client Project Leads and Finance Operations to align project information and manage invoicing Monitor project progress and communicate potential issues, ensuring timely updates and compliance with deadlines Required qualifications Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience in project administration or ERP/PSA system administration, preferably with Kantata or similar systems Experience managing project budgets and coordinating among multiple stakeholders Understanding of best practices for data accuracy and reporting Experience in the Medical Communications industry is preferred
