Description:

The Solution Architect will be responsible for defining and governing the overall solution architecture for the SuccessFactors implementation. This includes designing the end-to-end architecture across all relevant modules, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices, and defining the system landscape and integration approach. The Solution Architect will provide architectural guidance throughout the project, review solution designs, and ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance of the overall solution. The role also includes supporting integration design, data migration concepts, and key design decisions in close collaboration with the project management team and functional leads.

Task (Outcome-Based Description) Design the comprehensive end-to-end solution architecture across all SuccessFactors modules, incorporating system landscape requirements, integration approach, and alignment with SAP best practices.2. Deliverable (Concrete Output) Solution Architecture Document detailing module-level designs, system landscape topology, integration architecture, and alignment with SAP best practices and project requirements.3. Acceptance Criteria (How SAP Verifies Completion)o Document is complete and covers all required SuccessFactors moduleso Architecture aligns with SAP best practices and project objectiveso System landscape and integration approach are clearly defined and technically soundo Document is approved by project stakeholders4. SLA (Completion Target / Timing) Delivered within 15 business days after project initiation and receipt of functional requirements.Task 2 Solution Design Review & Governance1. Task (Outcome-Based Description) Review proposed solution designs to ensure consistency, scalability, compliance, and adherence to the defined architecture framework.2. Deliverable (Concrete Output) Design Review Reports documenting findings, recommendations, and compliance assessments for each submitted design component.3. Acceptance Criteria (How SAP Verifies Completion)o Reviews completed for all design submissionso Reports include clear assessment of consistency, scalability, and complianceo Recommendations are actionable and documentedo Feedback is provided within agreed review cycles4. SLA (Completion Target / Timing) Design reviews delivered within 5 business days of design submission.Task 3 Integration & Data Migration Architecture1. Task (Outcome-Based Description) Develop integration design specifications and data migration concepts that align with the overall solution architecture and system landscape requirements.2. Deliverable (Concrete Output) Integration Architecture Specification and Data Migration Concept Document outlining data flows, integration points, migration strategy, and technical approach.3. Acceptance Criteria (How SAP Verifies Completion)o Integration design addresses all identified system interfaceso Data migration concept is complete and technically feasibleo Documents align with overall solution architectureo Stakeholders confirm technical feasibility and completeness4. SLA (Completion Target / Timing) Delivered within 12 business days after functional requirements and system interface requirements are defined.Escalation PathConsequences of non-delivery (missed milestone/rejected deliverable) Escalation path.The escalation path should contain: SAP identifies issue or failed acceptance criteria.
