Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The Fabricator will be responsible for assembling, welding, and fabricating equipment and components according to product specifications and manufacturing standards. This role requires the ability to read blueprints, operate fabrication equipment, maintain high-quality workmanship, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, weld, and fabricate equipment and components to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements.
• Measure, mark, and prepare materials for fabrication.
• Operate fabrication equipment, including lathes, grinders, and drill presses.
• Safely use hand and power tools.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or fabrication issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience with welding and metal fabrication.
• Proficiency operating fabrication machinery, including lathes, grinders, and drill presses.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing quality control processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical or vocational training is a plus.
