Student Recruiting Assistant – Women’s Track and Field Position Title: Student Recruiting Assistant – Women’s Track and Field Department: Athletic Training Division: Student Affairs and Athletics Supervisor Title: Head Women's Cross Country Coach; Assistant Women's Track & Field Coach Job Duties Phone calling prospective student-athletes from our database and as assigned by coaching staff. Provide information and advice about North Central College generally, and specifically information about NCC’s Track & Field and Cross Country teams. Assist with other projects and responsibilities as assigned. Does this position require driving? No Job Qualifications Must be enrolled as a North Central College student. Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills. Dynamic personality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Understanding and knowledge of Track & Field events. Will this position be working with minors?
